Training sessions provided by the Library

What training is offered by the Library?

Access to electronic resources - journals, books, information databases such as Embase, Cinahl, Medline, and Up-To-Date.

How is it offered?

Individual 1:1 sessions, informal drop in sessions, and group training sessions.

How do I find out about training sessions?

Individual sessions: contact the library at library.office@salisbury.nhs.uk or phone 01722 429054

Our next drop in sessions are on 26/9/14 anytime between 10am and 1pm, and 14/11/14 anytime between 12 and 3pm.

Group sessions: check the MLE or contact the library.

Open Learn

Open learn website gives free access to Open University online learning materials, including Health, Sports and Psychology topics and study skills.


 

Royal College of Nursing

The Royal College of Nursing Learning Zone consists of online CPD resources relating to nursing care, career development, and workplace issues relevant to health care assistants, assistant practioners, student and registered nurses across the range of care settings.
