Annual Information Required By The Independent Regulator
The Trust is required to complete Annual Audited Accounts which comply with directions provided by the regulator with the approval of HM Treasury. The Trust is also required to lay these accounts before Parliament on an annual basis.

Annual Information Required By the Department of Health (DH)
The Trust is required to submit details of its Reference Costs to DH on an annual basis. Reference Costs are the cost to the Trust of providing a given service in each financial year. When consolidated by DH, they indicate an average cost to the NHS for providing all services. Reference costs also form the basis for calculating the national tariff for Payments By Results.
