Paul Straughair - left full time education in 1988 from Salisbury College where he completed his training as a chef gaining certificates from City & Guilds 7061&2. He has many years’ experience of working for the NHS and joined the catering team here in Salisbury back in 1995. Since then Paul has undertaken various management training programmes as well as gaining qualifications in Advanced Food Safety and eventually became the Catering Manager here in December 2006. Recently in 2015 Paul graduated with Merit by undertaking Post Graduate Degree in Leadership via the Open University.
