Salisbury City 



Lucinda Herklots -   I was elected as governor in June 2015. My current role is as Diocesan Secretary for the Diocese of Salisbury, responsible for the governance and administration of this Church of England Diocese which covers over 2,000 square miles of Dorset and Wiltshire. My previous profession was as an engineer and I have over thirty years of both business and charity managerial and governance experience at local, national and international level. I have lived in Salisbury since 1981 and am also a volunteer steward at Salisbury Cathedral.


Janice Sanders - is a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Lecturer. Jan has over 52 years’ experience working for the NHS and has lectured to health professionals throughout the UK and Internationally. For the past 16 years Jan has worked for a Charity in Romania.


Nick Alward 


Nick Alward - was raised in the Salisbury area, attended local schools and joined Wiltshire Police Force, serving for 32 years as a police officer working locally and nationally covering investigations as a Detective Chief Inspector finally retiring as the senior officer for South Wiltshire. He then undertook work with a local law firm and also became a visiting lecturer at Wiltshire College before becoming CEO for a Wiltshire & Bath based charity. Now as an Independent member for the local adoption agency and as a hospital governor he will continue to support his local community. He is a member of the Trust and will support and help develop the hospital services in a strategic and positive way. 

Nick is married with a family and is a pyrography artist and also enjoys travelling throughout the British Isles and Europe in his motorhome.
