Help us improve customer care at Salisbury District Hospital 

Patients and visitors have an opportunity to nominate a member of staff or team who they feel has provided them with excellent ‘customer’ care as part of a new award developed at Salisbury District Hospital.

 

                

 
 

Nominations for the customer care award can relate to any member of staff or team within the hospital and the way in which they have dealt with other people. It could be that someone has been particularly friendly and welcoming,  or they have gone that extra mile to help. For others,  it may be that staff  have gone out of their way to keep people informed about their service or the care and treatment that they provide.

 

Peter Hill, Acting Chief Executive said: “ We recognise the importance of good customer care in enhancing the general care we give to patients. We therefore want  to promote best practice to help raise standards further across the Trust and the public can help us by nominating members of staff for this award.”

Nominations should be received by no later than 30 September 2008,  with the awards ceremony held at Salisbury District Hospital on 26 November 2008. Ends
