| Answer To Question 3: The Large Vaccination Centre do not have access to anyone who may have suffered injury or death, this would be via presentation at GP/ED. Anaphylactic type reactions are reporting via yellow card at the time and all Large Vaccination Centre Clinical Site Managers are aware of the requirement to complete the yellow card at the time. | |
