Question Number 1: Can you please tell me what the structural issue is at the Location Energy Centre and tell me at what hospital site the issue is in (and the department)?

Answer To Question 1: Salisbury District Hospital, Estates department energy centre. During a planned inspection some structural issues with the chimney were picked up and these are now being addressed.
