On Thursday 9th February at Salisbury District Hospital there will be industrial action by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). This action only involves Physiotherapists and does not include Occupational Therapists (OTs) or Therapy Assistants. All Respiratory urgent care will be undertaken and the Trust will strive to provide a weekend-level service in most areas. As always, the focus of the hospital is to maintain safe and compassionate patient care.
Patients directly impacted will be contacted by the hospital. If you are not contacted directly please attend your appointment as planned. We would ask anyone that attends the hospital on Thursday for a physiotherapy appointment to be aware that staff might be stretched and be prepared to wait a little longer or have your appointment delayed.
