Treatment for bile duct cancer can depend on number of things such as whether the cancer has spread and the size, the type of bile duct cancer you have, your general health. They can either be resectable or unresectable which means you can either have surgery to remove it or surgery is not possible, and you may have other treatment such as chemotherapy.
