Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust provides a wide range of clinical care at Salisbury District Hospital, which includes general acute and emergency services to approximately 225,000 people across Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire.

Specialist regional services such as burns, plastic surgery, cleft lip and palate, genetics and rehabilitation extend to a much wider population of more than three million people. The Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment Centre at Salisbury District Hospital covers most of southern England, with a population of around 11 million people.

Our staff at Salisbury District Hospital have long been well regarded for the quality of care and treatment they provide for our patients and for their innovation, commitment and professionalism. This has been recognised in a wide range of achievements and it is reflected in our award of NHS Foundation Trust status. This is afforded to hospitals that provide the highest standards of care.
