Sponsorship Stand Set-Up Information

All sponsorship stands will be in the Equinox Suite of The Stones Hotel.

Stands can be set up from 07:00am on Friday 27th March.

The stands will need to be removed after 16:30 on Friday 27th March. The Equinox Suite will remain open until 17:00.

Venue access for set up

You will be able to access the Equinox Suite from 7:00am on the day of the conference.

Please ensure that your stand is set up in time for the start of the conference by 08:45am.

Parking

The venue has free parking out the front and around the side of the hotel. If you require disabled parking, please let us know in advance and we can reserve a space.

Deliveries and Courier Labels

It is recommended having any items you wish couriered to the venue no later than 48 hours before the conference. Please address all parcels to: RISCI Conference, The Stones Hotel, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP4 6AT. Please print and attach this courier label to each item sent.

Please ensure all items are with courier/removed by COP Friday, as the hotel function spaces are in use on the Saturday from 07:00. The hotel cannot offer a storage solution past 17:30 on the Friday - thank you.

Storage

There is limited storage for storage items within the venue. We ask that arrangements are made to store large items off site. Smaller items may be stored under your table.

Important: The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage of exhibitor’s goods. The exhibitor is responsible for maintaining and keeping in good order stand that they have contracted during the opening hours of the exhibition.

Other Information

There will be free WIFI at the venue.
Please ensure that all electrical items have a valid PAT certificate. If you require an extension lead, please bring your own, as there are limited power sockets.
Table cloths will be provided.
Please respect other exhibitors and don’t spread into their space.
Please note nails, screws, staples, tape and paint are strictly forbidden on the tables and walls of the Equinox Suite.
