Question Number 1: Do you use a single data warehouse?

Answer To Question 1: Yes

Question Number 2: Is your data warehouse built in-house or do you have a contract with an external supplier? If external, who is your supplier and when is your contract with them due to expire?

Answer To Question 2: Our data warehouse was built in-house.

Question Number 3: Are you considering replacing or procuring a new data warehouse in the next 12-18 months?

Answer To Question 3: We are currently in the process of replacing our data warehouse, this is being developed in-house.

Question Number 4: Who is responsible for decisions about your data warehouse?

Answer To Question 4: Decisions are ultimately made by our Chief Digital Officer and Executive Team members, but they are advised by our Chief Information Officer, Business Intelligence Architect and Head of Information. Day to day decisions are made by our Data Warehouse team and overseen by the BI Architect and Head of Information.

Question Number 5: Do you use a software product for your statutory returns?

Answer To Question 5: No we do not.
