EDI Networks

At the present time Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is supporting the re-establishment and development of a number of staff support networks. These include:

Rainbow Shed, LGBT Network
BAME (Black Asian Minority Ethnic) Forum
Women’s Network
Disability Network
#LoveOurEUStaff Network
Mental Health First Aiders Network

Each of these networks is in a different level of development. Over coming months we intend to create links from this page to individual Network pages. This will give the networks the opportunity to showcase their work and engage with people.

Members of the networks form part of a strategic EDI Committee, where they share their views and experience with senior managers.

Our staff at Salisbury District Hospital have long been well regarded for the quality of care and treatment they provide for our patients and for their innovation, commitment and professionalism. This has been recognised in a wide range of achievements and it is reflected in our award of NHS Foundation Trust status. This is afforded to hospitals that provide the highest standards of care.
