Question Number 1: Further to previous FOI 6803 You said that your Trust is planning to replace your A&E and Scheduling systems. Do you have new systems already procured or are you going out on Tender?

Answer To Question 1: We are in the process of procuring and are at preferred supplier stage.

Question Number 2: We have information that your Trust has been using Document Management system iBabs- iBabs with Rolling contract . Have you extended their contract of have you replaced the system?

Answer To Question 2: For us this is a meeting management system not a document management system. We are not replacing iBabs as a meeting solution currently.
