Answer To Question 1:
Yes

1. a. Agency spend in 2021-22 was £1.8m

1.b. The Trust doesn't hold this information. In order to provide this level of detail the trust would need to identify each payment to an agency, drill down to the actual invoice, record the details, close the invoice and repeat the exercise until all invoices for the year had been examined. It is estimated this exercise will take over 18 hours to complete. Please see refusal notice attached
