Request Summary: Elective Orthopaedic Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) data
Request Category: Private Individuals
Question Number 1: I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the expenditure on collecting Elective Orthopaedic Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) data within your trust. Specifically, I would like to know: 1. Total Expenditure: The total amount spent by your trust on collecting Orthopaedic PROMs data over the last ten financial years (2013-2024).
Answer To Question 1: The Trust have not used a third party supplier to collect this data since we moved to our current finance system in July 21. There is anecdotal evidence that we did use a supplier to collect this information in the period around 2017 but unfortunately we are no longer able to access records to give the detail.
Question Number 2: 2. Breakdown of Costs: A detailed breakdown of this expenditure for each year, including: • Costs associated with third-party suppliers for Orthopaedic PROMs data collection. • Internal costs related to staff time and resources utilised for this purpose. • The respective contract values for each year if third party suppliers are used.
Answer To Question 2: This information is not held.
