How many whole-time equivalents are employed in the spiritual, religious, and / or chaplaincy service(s) and what are their bandings? Please differentiate between staff on substantive and temporary contracts, as well as staff working in the service on bank or agency contracts. | |

Answer To Question 3: Emotional, spiritual and pastoral support to patients, relatives and staff of all faiths and none. Baby funerals and pastoral support. Memorial services for staff members. Weekly communion services in chapel. Prayer and worship space for all faiths. Yearly events...baby memorial services in the community, Trans Remembrance service, Armistice day, All faith festivals. Hospital contract funerals. Emergency weddings. Training for new staff in EOL care. Thought of the Week and recordings on Radio Odstock. Well-being sessions in the Hospice and staff departments. Delerium and Dementia Training. 7 day a week hospital rounds and responding to referrals. 24 hours on call. NICU and midwife bereavement training. Managing chaplaincy volunteers | |
