Answer To Question 1: N/A we do not offer Tier 4 services.

Question Number 2: • What is the average time between their RTT into Tier 4 service and their first appointment in clinic?

Answer To Question 2: N/A

Question Number 3: • If you do not have a Tier 4 service in your Trust, how many patients have you referred to neighbouring Trust within the past year?

Answer To Question 3: The Trust is unable to answer this as any referrals would be passed back to the patient's GP. We do not count how many referrals this has occurred for specifically related to Tier 4 services.
