| Question Number 1: I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the purchase of procedure packs by your Trust between April 2023 and April 2024. These are procedure packs used for surgical applications (Hip packs, Laparoscopic packs etc) or medical applications (arterial line placement, wound care packs, cannulation packs etc). I would be grateful if you could provide the following information: • An excel file showing a list of all medical and surgical procedure packs purchased by the Trust (both via distributors such as Supply Chain and direct from MedTech companies) during this period. • Please include The name of the supplier The name of the procedure pack The quantity of each procedure pack purchased The total Trust spend on procedure packs during this period | |
