| Question Number 1: Under the freedom of Information Act I am requesting the number of children who underwent grommet surgery in your ENT department. Please provide me the numbers of children (aged 2-12 years) who had grommet surgery from 01/04/2022 – 31/03/2023 in your ENT department. NOTE: 1. We only require the data from NHS patients. 2. We are also only interested in grommet surgeries, where there was an actual insertion of the grommet. 3. We would only like to count the patient not the activity. For example, if a patient has 2 grommet surgeries in the data period this would be counted as 1 patient. Or if there is a bilateral surgery this is also counted once. | |
