a) What is the number of stillbirths and neonatal deaths recorded in your trust/board in each of the past 10 years?

b) what was the recorded ethnicity of those who died, if the data is available?

Answer To Question 5:
a) Lawsuits is defined as a matter that has been issued in court. There have been less than 5 cases in the past 10 years.

a) How many Maternal Request Caesareans were made to staff in each of the past 10 years,

Answer To Question 10:
a) The Trust do not have information available for that time period.  Unfortunately, the information that we do hold is not in an easily reported format and would have to be done manually.   This would take longer than 18 hrs. Please see attached exemption
b) as above.
 
Question Number 11:
How much did your trust/board pay for use of interpreters in its maternity department in each of the past 10 years?
 
Answer To Question 11:
Interpreting service costs are coded centrally and unfortunately we have no breakdown of use by individual departments.
 
Question Number 12:
How many people have received treatment as part of any MMHS (Maternal Mental Health Service) in the past year?
 
Answer To Question 12:
This is a BSW Service (Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire). Therefore, we do not hold the information locally at SFT.
 
Question Number 13:

a) How many people are on the waiting list to receive treatment from the MMHS right now?

b) And how long is the average waiting time for treatment?
