| Answer To Question 1: The Trust does not provide information regarding non payment of charges for hospital care and treatment to the UK Home Office. In compliance with the NHS Overseas Charging Regulations, specified information relating to unpaid debts is shared with the Department of Health & Social Care. Information is not held on the date of each report but 44 reports have been made during this period. With regard to outstanding charges made for hospital care and services for chargeable overseas visitors, the total outstanding as of 10/09/2025 is £400k. This figure includes invoices raised within our standard 28 days payment terms. | |
