Question Number 1: Please find below a freedom of information request relating to discharges from hospitals in your Trust. For each of the following questions, please provide data for each of these financial years: - 2025/2026 (So Far) - 2024/2025 - 2023/2024 Please provide the total number of incidents, where individuals were discharged from hospital to “no fixed abode”.
