| Answer To Question 1: The Trust use printed security seals for clinical waste sacks and for confidential waste sacks. | |

| Answer To Question 2: 200,000 approx for black ties. Estimate 50,000 for yellow ties. | |
| Question Number 3: Can you advise the current price paid per thousand ?, if this is sensitive information please advise the price you would like to pay to fit your budget. | |
| Answer To Question 3: Yellow are FOC with shredding contract. Black cost £6,300 inc VAT for 252,000 (delivered monthly) can be varied. Black include Trust name and serial number. Price includes bagsof 500, labelled and 2 per outer box. | |
| Question Number 4: Advise the size of tie , colour and print required ?, we do offer a generic print or you can have department and wards to streamline waste better . | |
