Question Number 1: I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to obtain the following information: This FOI follows this article https://www.gazette-news.co.uk/news/25393764.essex-womans-miscarried-baby-lost-hospital-contaminated/. • The number of miscarried babies that were reported as discarded, lost, or contaminated in the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust for the past five years.

Answer To Question 1: The Trust do not report miscarriages in our maternity reporting system. All hospital based miscarried babies are managed in accordance with medical processes including disposal.
