| Question Number 1: I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information regarding the Digital, Data, Technology and Business Intelligence departments of your organisation: I would like to request an organisation chart for all C-Suite, Directors, Managers, and employees within these departments. Please provide the information in the form of a table, inserted in an email. Definition - By C-Suite I am referring to members of staff that would fall under roles that include Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Information Officer, Chief Nursing Information Officer, or any variation of job role that starts with Chief in the digital, technical and business intelligence departments | |
