| Answer To Question 1: Currently within Maternity we do not have any instruments or equipment which needs decontaminating in an AER. | |
| Question Number 2: Please list the relevant departments where these are used. Eg Gynaecology imaging, outpatients. | |
| Answer To Question 2: Maternity is the only department using Tristel wipes in the last 12 months & have used an approx volume usage of wipe systems of 7 Box's (50 wipe sets/cleans per box) in the last 12 months. | |
