Question Number 1: Please provide the following information for a 12 month period Volume usage of wipe systems/sets for used on non-lumened instruments which are not decontaminated in an AER (automated reprocessing machine) eg ultrasound, TOE/TEE, TVUS, TRUS probes, Nasoendoscope (an example of such products is Tristel Trio Wipes System)

Answer To Question 1: Currently within Maternity we do not have any instruments or equipment which needs decontaminating in an AER.

Question Number 2: Please list the relevant departments where these are used. Eg Gynaecology imaging, outpatients.

Answer To Question 2: Maternity is the only department using Tristel wipes in the last 12 months & have used an approx volume usage of wipe systems of 7 Box's (50 wipe sets/cleans per box) in the last 12 months.
