These are the core RN and HCA’s agreed for each inpatient area/ED – some additional roles support these numbers, such as Practice educator roles, ACP’s, Supervisory leaders along with Ward Assistants and Admin roles’.
Over the last 4 years wards have undergone changes to their locations and specialities/patient groups and would have resulted in some core changes to nursing levels.
