Question Number 1: I am planning a Quality Improvement Project titled “Provision of Post-Operative Instructions in Braille Format for Visually Impaired Patients”. As part of this project, I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support in understanding: 1. The services currently provided to visually impaired patients across all departments in the hospital.

Answer To Question 1: Unable to answer as question too broad. Asked Requestor to confirm if it was specifically Braille information provided for Post-Op Instructions, but did not receive an answer so unable to complete.
