| Answer To Question 1: Response from Dermatology Consultant: No - We do not have any guidelines for AA treatment - but treatment usually includes, topical steroid +/- Protopic, intradermal steroid injections, (Adcortyl) (there is a better response with this than topical steroid, and almost all AA patients get this) and then if extensive, Ritlecitinib. | |
