Question Number 1: I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to your Trust’s use of outsourced teleradiology reporting services. By “teleradiology provider”, I mean any external third party contracted to provide remote reporting/interpretation of radiology imaging, e.g. Everlight, 4ways, Medica. If your Trust does not hold information exactly in the format requested, please provide the closest equivalent information you do hold. Please state the names of each teleradiology provider used by the Trust over the last 3 completed financial years (FY25, FY24, FY23).
