Question Number 1: I am writing to you to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide responses to the following three questions: Do you currently have a remote self testing pathway for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)?

Answer To Question 1: No

Question Number 2: If such a pathway exists, are you using the IBDoc home calprotectin testing system produced by Bühlmann?

Answer To Question 2: N/A

Question Number 3: If you are using IBDoc, are you aware that Bühlmann have formally announced the discontinuation of IBDoc, with production scheduled to cease by the end of 2026? I would be grateful if you could share any documents, internal communications, reports and or policy papers relevant to the above.
