| Answer To Question 9: No. It is offered at the point of consent for Diagnostic Hysteroscopy. and it is given routinely for Operative Hysteroscopy. | |

| Answer To Question 10: No. it is first line for Diagnostic with others available on arrival. Operative and Nova sure always have a prescribed Pre-med prior to procedure and Local anaesthetic. We do not currently offer a see and treat service. | |
