| Answer To Question 1: The patient engagement team in the PALS department offer a readership service where leaflets can be reviewed by an independent patient group, from there content can be amended as the author see's fit and is finally approved at the Patient experience steering group. PALS cannot advise on design but can offer to liaise with DKB designs should there be a funding stream available. | |
