Answer To Question 5:
The public Board meeting in March 2026 received an update on violence and aggression as part of the quarterly Health and Safety update - item 3.1 on the Board agenda. I have also attached the report.

Board minutes are currently in draft but will be published as part of the next public Board meeting.
