| Answer To Question 1: Please see attached With regards to the query - Payment arrangements for Bank worker induction and mandatory training, number of hours paid and what level of payment is made on AFC scale? All training is paid at the AFC single hourly rate which the employee is contracted to whether this rate is bottom or top of scale, strictly in line with AFC pay scales. The titles provided below are too wide to give specific rates, e.g. Nurse Bank can be paid from Band 5 to Band 7. The number of hours paid depends on the amount of training undertaken.
