| Question Number 1: I would be grateful if you could tell me how many patients were treated by individual drugs from the Dermatology and Rheumatology departments (for any disease) for the three-month period specified within the question. I have provided a grid of drug names and department names requested in appendix A (attached). Please fill in the grid with the numbers of patients (or forward in a format that best suits you) and include data for all hospitals in the organisation (question 1).
