| Question Number 1: Under the Freedom of Information Act, please could you share the percentage rate of compliance for daily temperature checks of mortuary fridges used to store foetal remains for the period January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025. Could this data please be divided by care provider/hospital and month. | |
| Answer To Question 1: The Trust use a temperature monitoring service so our fridges are monitored 24/7. The Trust have had temperature monitoring since around 2012. | |
