I have worked at Salisbury three times in my career. I keep coming back!! The unit is small, friendly and offers the greater opportunity for individualised care for women.
Since I began, my line manager has inspired me to explore what I feel would benefit not only the patients but myself moving forward in my new position. As a result, I have attended many courses and gained skills which in turn have helped me support patients.
Salisbury has an amazing unit to work in. The support is out of this world, the team are so kind and welcoming. I've never wanted to work anywhere else. Love the job. Love the team.
The team have delivered exemplary care to a wide range of often complex and vulnerable patients, who would in many circumstances had no other option for receiving care.
Our staff at Salisbury District Hospital have long been well regarded for the quality of care and treatment they provide for our patients and for their innovation, commitment and professionalism.
