| Answer To Question 1: We are unable to access his level of detail from our financial system. However, our Patient Experience dept have confirmed that we did not order posters in foreign languages for 22-23 or 23-24 year to date. Their records on this do not go back to the previous years requested. We have also asked our Communications dept who commission most posters in the Trust. They have confirmed the following purchases from 21-22, 22-23 and 23-24: Financial Year Cost of posters Notes 2023-2024 £10,277.04 Partial record 01/04/2023 – 18/12/2023 2022-2023 £10,972.68 2021-2022 £4,592.99 Records commenced this year.
