| Question Number 1: Please can I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act on deaths in accident and emergency. The number of people who arrived at your Trust's Accident and Emergency Department and then subsequently died before being seen be seen broken down by each of the years a) 2018, b) 2019, c) 2020, d) 2021, e) 2022, g) 2023 so far To clarify, please could patients brought in dead (BID) be excluded where possible, but it is not a problem if there are some included in the figures. | |
