Question Number 4: Budget Allocation for Wax Removal Services: The budget allocation dedicated to earwax removal services for the latest available fiscal year

Answer To Question 4: This is part of the total service provided by the ENT department and does not have a separate budget within the department.

Question Number 5: Number of Sites Offering Earwax Removal Services: The number of sites within the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust's footprint where earwax removal services are currently carried out.

Answer To Question 5: Earwax removal using microsuction is carried out in the ENT Department, Medical/Surgical Outpatients and Sarum Outpatients.
