| Question Number 1: I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to SALISBURY NHS FOUNDATION TRUST. REQUEST In the calendar year 1 January – 31 December 2025, how many women inpatients complained that a trans woman inpatient — that is, a person with the protected characteristic of Gender Reassignment under the Equality Act 2010 (section 7), or a person holding a Gender Recognition Certificate under the Gender Recognition Act 2004 — was being cared for in the same ward as the complainant? NOTES ON SCOPE If no such complaints were recorded during the specified period, please confirm this explicitly.
