Please provide the body (e.g. Board or named committee) which has made that decision and the date of that decision. | |
| Answer To Question 1: This has not yet been adopted. This information is yet to be discussed. The Trust will be taking the Lord Mann Review for decision on adoption of definitions through Joint Committee on 2 July. We will be responding to NHSE by 31 July. | |
