Question Number 1: I am writing to request information regarding the Trust’s current inventory of diagnostic ultrasound equipment. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please could you provide the following details: Asset Inventory Please provide an extract of your current fixed asset register for all diagnostic ultrasound systems across the Trust. For each individual system, please include the following data points: • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) (e.g., Samsung, GE, Philips, Canon) • System Model / Type • Year of purchase or installation date • Current departmental location (e.g., Radiology, Maternity, Vascular, Breast, Community Diagnostic Centre) Definitions: For the purposes of this request, "diagnostic ultrasound systems" includes cart-based ultrasound systems, portable units, and point-of-care (POCUS) devices used for clinical diagnostics.

Question Number 2: Maintenance and Servicing • How are the Trust's ultrasound systems primarily maintained? (e.g., Internal Clinical Engineering staff, OEM service contract, or external third-party provider) • If an external service provider is used, please provide the name of the contracted provider. • If an external service provider is used, what is the expiry or renewal date of the current maintenance contract?

Answer To Question 2: The ultrasounds are primarily maintained by external third party. This is with Probo Medical and contract expires over various dates. The expiry dates are in the main Dec 27 and Jan 28.

Question Number 3: Procurement and Management • Please provide the name and email address of the Medical Device Manager, Clinical Engineering Lead, or equivalent role responsible for the management and procurement of medical imaging equipment within the Trust.
