| Answer To Question 2: .Please note that the Trust does not have any service specification or clinical pathway documents that set out which conditions these services cover and any explicit exclusions within its ICB and NHS England contracts for these services. | Question Number 4: For the last three complete financial years, please provide: o The number of outpatient appointments and inpatient admissions where the primary diagnosis was a reproductive or menstrual health condition (such as endometriosis, heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain or PCOS) o The median and mean waiting times from referral to first outpatient appointment and, where applicable, to relevant surgery (e.g. laparoscopy, hysteroscopy) | |
